Boarding Prerequisites
- A complimentary 10-minute assessment of your cat’s temperament/behavior is required upon first visit to ensure safe handling by our staff.
- All cats are required to be up-to-date on rabies and FVRCP vaccines. Please bring a copy of your pet’s immunization records.
- Kittens must be at least 4 months old, with age-appropriate vaccinations required for those under 6 months.
- All cats must be free of parasites and receiving routine flea/tick preventatives and heartworm medication.
- Intact males over 6 months are considered on a case-by-case basis, pending behavioral assessment.
- Intact females are not allowed after 4 months of age OR after their first heat cycle, whichever comes first. The owner is responsible for determining if/when the cat is in heat. We cannot accept females in heat at the facility at ANY time.
- Pets must be in good health. We cannot accept pets showing signs of illness or infections.
- Pets should have a positive behavioral history and be well-socialized to ensure they interact well with others.
- Inform us of any special needs or dietary restrictions your pet may have so we can accommodate them properly.
- Provide up-to-date emergency contact information in case we need to reach you during the boarding period.
